Sear scallops with salt and pepper in olive oil. Drizzle with vinaigrette. It's nice with bacon crumbled on top but not totally necessary
Vinaigrette:
6-10 basil leaves
4 thyme sprigs
1 tsp Dijon
1 tbsp lemon
salt
pepper
3-4 tbsp olive oil
